Is the Premium Bonds prize draw still going ahead?

Yes, it’s business as usual for ERNIE – we’ll still be paying out over 3 million prizes each month. Use our prize checker to find out whether you’re a lucky winner, or download our prize checker app.

How can I pay in my prize cheque if I can’t get to the bank?

The prize cheques are valid for three months, but some banks will accept them even after that. If your bank won’t accept it after that time, just let us know and we will cancel the original cheque and send you a new one.

Alternatively, some banks allow you to pay in a cheque by taking a photo of it within their mobile banking app – check with your bank whether they offer this.

Can I get future prizes paid straight into my bank account?

Yes, you can – having prizes paid to your bank account is faster, easier and more secure. If you’re already registered for our online and phone service, just log in with your NS&I number and password, go to ‘Your profile’ in the top menu and select ‘Your prize options’. If you win, we’ll let you know by email or text message, and the money will be in your account within a few days.

How will Agent Million deliver the £1 million prizes?

Normally Agent Million visits the jackpot winners in person to let them know. But in the current circumstances Agent Million won’t be knocking on their doors. Instead Agent Million will be in touch with the lucky winners to let them know the good news.
