This is an easy way for you to securely manage selected accounts and investments with us.
Who can register?
To register, you must be aged at least 16 with one or more of the following NS&I accounts or investments:
- Premium Bonds
- Investment Guaranteed Growth Bonds (online only)
- Direct ISA
- Junior ISA (online only)
- Direct Saver
- Income Bonds
- Children's Bonds
- Index-linked Savings Certificates
- Fixed Interest Savings Certificates
- Guaranteed Growth Bonds
- Guaranteed Income Bonds
The Investment Account is not eligible for our online and phone service.
If you don’t already have an account with us, you can apply online and we will register you as part of your application. See our products.
Once you have registered your Power of Attorney or confirmation of your appointment as deputy with us, you can use our online and phone service to manage donor accounts and investments. If you have restricted authority, or must act jointly for all transactions with another appointed individual, you can only manage them by post.
If you have one or more accounts or investments in your own name, enter your information as requested. If you don’t have an account or investment in your own name, simply enter details of one held by the donor (their holder’s/account number), along with your own name and address.
We’ll then add the donor’s accounts and investments to your online portfolio.
New to NS&I?
If you recently applied for one of our accounts online or by phone, you’re already registered. If you set your password when you applied, or you already have a password, you can start using our online and phone service straight away.

In some cases we may send you a temporary password in the post. If so, simply log in at nsandi.com or call us to change the temporary password to one of your own choice.
What information is needed?
To complete your registration, we need:
- your name, date of birth, address and contact details
- any one of your holder's/account numbers or your NS&I number
- details of an NS&I product you hold (other than Investment Account)
You can find these numbers on statements, certificates or other correspondence from us. You only need to quote one number from one of the accounts or investments you hold with us. We will find any other NS&I investments you hold under the same name and date of birth.
We need this information to identify you and your holdings.
Please answer all the questions otherwise we can't complete your registration.
