Social network comments policy

Financial Ombudsman Service
NS&I is covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). This ensures that all customer disputes are dealt with equally
and fairly and gives customers access to the same dispute resolution process as other financial service providers.
How to make a complaint
Online Dispute Resolution
If you invested with us online, you can refer your complaint via the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) website, set up by the European Commission to help consumers resolve disputes with companies within the EU.
