Ready to switch to a Direct Saver?

We’ll use the money from your Investment Account to open your new Direct Saver. You’ll then be able to top it up:

• by bank transfer or standing order
• by debit card

Simply log in or call us and we’ll explain how.

You can take money out at any time – just log in or give us a call. We’ll then pay the money into the bank account you gave us when you set up your Direct Saver, on the next banking day. If you withdraw over £50,000, the money will normally be in your bank account within 3 banking days.

When you switch to a Direct Saver and we close your Investment Account, if you have any standing orders paying into your Investment Account, you’ll need to contact your bank to cancel them.

When your Direct Saver is open, just log in or call us to find out how to set up a new standing order.

Yes, of course – we have a range of accounts to suit different needs. Our Direct Saver offers easy access, like your Investment Account, while paying a higher rate of interest. But if you think one of our other accounts might suit you better, you can switch to that one instead.
