Do business with NS&I, without the paper

By choosing to go paperless, you’ll be able to access your documents more quickly and safely online rather than waiting for them through the post. You’ll also have the peace of mind of knowing that they are stored securely online. Your paperless documents will include:

  • your annual statements
  • key features and customer agreements (terms and conditions)
  • the statement we send when you close an account
  • information about your options when an investment is about to mature

Using your online account, you’ll also be able to manage your savings and change personal details.

If you have an Investment Account, you’ll only be able to manage this by post.

How do I go paperless?

Already registered for our online and phone service? It’s easy to opt for online documents:

  1. Log in
  2. Go to Your profile in the top menu
  3. Click Paperless options

Premium Bonds prizes, quick as a flash

If you have Premium Bonds, we can let you know by email or text message if you win a prize. To set this up just log in, go to Your profile in the top menu and click Your prize options.

You can also choose to get prizes paid straight to your bank account, avoiding long waits for the post and trips to the bank.

Simply log in, go to 'Your profile' in the top menu and click 'Your prize options'. Click 'Change', follow the instructions and remember to click 'Save' when you've finished.
