Why go paperless?

By choosing to go paperless, you’ll be able to access your documents more quickly online rather than waiting for them through the post. You’ll also have the peace of mind of knowing that they are stored securely online. Your paperless documents will include:

  • your annual statements
  • key features and terms and conditions
  • the statement we send when you close an account
  • information about your options when an investment is about to mature

If you have Premium Bonds, we’ll also pay any prizes you win directly to your bank account.

How do I go paperless?

Already registered for our online and phone service? It’s easy to go paperless:

  1. Log in
  2. Go to Your profile in the top menu
  3. Click Paperless options

Which accounts can be paperless?

You can choose to go paperless for all our accounts and investments, except for our Investment Account.
