We've made it easy to change how you receive prizes. You can do it in minutes without needing to create an online account.

If you do already have an online account (you’ll have an NS&I number and password), you’ll need to log in to change how you receive your prizes.

How to make the switch

Have these details ready

1. Have these details ready:

  • Your bank account number and sort code (we can’t accept accounts that use a roll number)
Choose how youd like to receive your prizes

2. Choose how you'd like to receive your prizes:

  • Straight into your bank account
  • Reinvested into more Premium Bonds
Choose how you'd like us to contact you if you win a prize

3. Choose how you'd like us to contact you if you win a prize:

  • By email
  • By text message

How to find your holder's number

You'll find your holder's number on Bond records, certificates or statements. It’s 9 or 10 digits long, or 8 digits followed by a letter.
