Changing the way you receive payments from NS&I

Have you registered for our online and phone service? If so, you can change your nominated bank account by logging in or calling us.

To change your details online, simply:

  1. Log in or register
  2. Go to ‘Your profile’ in the top menu
  3. Choose ‘Nominated accounts’
  4. You can then change the bank account(s) linked to your NS&I account(s)

Do you have an Investment Account? You’ll need to complete a form and post it to us.
