I have lost my holder’s number or documents
Your Premium Bonds are grouped under a single holder’s number.
Holder’s numbers have either 10 or 9 digits, or 8 digits followed by a letter. You can find your holder’s number by logging into our online service and checking your Premium Bonds account details page or by calling us for a replacement Bond record to be sent out to you.
If you aren’t registered for our online and phone service, you can write to us and ask for a replacement Bond record.
This will show all the Bonds you hold and your holder's number.
