You’ve now completed your application

We’ll email you to confirm we've received it.

There are a few things we need to do before we accept your application and send confirmation of your investment.

  1. We’ll check your identity and address if we haven’t already done so. We normally do this electronically, but we may also ask you to send us some documents.
  2. We may send you a confirmation form to sign and return.
  3. When we receive your confirmation form and any documents we’ve asked for, we’ll send you an email to confirm your investment, or an investment record if you’ve asked for a paper copy.
  4. We’ll also send confirmation of your NS&I number. You can then start using our online and phone service.

Of course, not all of these steps will apply to you if you’re already a customer and have registered for our online and phone service. We’ll just send you your investment record or email.
