You can see our full range of savings and investments on this website or call us if you have any questions or want our brochures. You can pick up our Premium Bonds brochures at some Post Office® branches. Please ask at the counter.
Remember we can give you information on our own savings and investments, but we can’t offer financial advice. If you need more guidance, we can help you find a financial adviser.

Looking after your savings online and by phone
Since 20 September 2012, you’re now able to manage most new and renewed investments online and by phone. If you have any fixed term investments that started before then, you won’t be able to manage them online until they reach maturity and you decide to renew them. And if you have an Investment Account, it's postal only - so you won't be able to manage it online or by phone.
Security and convenience – for you
More than a million people already use our online and phone service – as it’s already available for Premium Bonds, Direct Saver and Direct ISA accounts. And now we’re introducing the service for more of our savings and investments.
Once you register for the service, you’ll be able to handle most new and renewed investments online and by phone. So you’ll be able to manage your money quickly, easily and safely.

cut down on paper
change your personal details
The service is completely free. And calls are free – except from mobiles and some landline providers.
