Register for our online service
Our online service allows you to manage your Premium Bonds, Direct ISA and Direct Saver accounts through our secure website, in your own time. Once you’re registered, you can pay money in and take it out, check your balance, review recent transactions, go paperless and change your personal details whenever it suits you. And if you hold Premium Bonds, you can choose to have any prizes paid by BACS too with notification by email.
You can also manage your Premium Bonds, Direct ISA and Direct Saver by phone by calling our UK customer service team free on 0500 007 007 between 7am and midnight every day. Calls from mobiles and some landline providers may not be free.
Do you have an NS&I Direct ISA or Direct Saver?
You’re already registered for our online service – just log in using your NS&I number and password. If you also have Premium Bonds you should be able to manage them online as well. If you can’t see your Premium Bonds when you log in, complete the form below and post it to us.
Want to manage your Premium Bonds online?
We'll register you for our online service next time you buy Premium Bonds online or by phone - after we receive your application we'll send you a form to complete and sign. If you’re not planning to buy more Bonds you can register by downloading the form below. Print and complete the form then post it to us.
