Change your password or security details
You can do this online or by calling us.
To change your details online, simply:
- Log in or register with us
- Go to ‘Your profile’ in the top menu
- Choose ‘Your details’
- Select ‘Change’ for your password or security details
To change your security phone number(s), you'll need to call us.
