If you are resident outside the UK, you will need to send your application by post, with documentary evidence of your identity and address. Find out which documents you’ll need to include with your application. Pick up a brochure from your local Post Office ® branch or contact us and we’ll send you one. The brochure includes an application form and a postage-paid envelope for your convenience.
