The easy way to run your account
Our telephone service is the quickest and simplest way for you to pay money into your account using your debit card. And by registering for our full telephone service, you can:
- withdraw money (which is paid directly into your nominated bank or building society account)
- check your balance
- review recent transactions
- tell us if your address and personal details have changed
How to register
Simply complete the "telephone service" section when you apply. We'll then send you a secure, temporary password to get you started, which you'll need to change to a password of your choice.If you didn’t complete this section when you applied it’s not too late to register. Your password
Your password identifies you as the account holder so you will be asked about it each time you access your account.
Choosing your password
Your chosen password must be between six and eight characters long - it can include letters, numbers or a combination of both.
Keep your password secure
- Never tell anyone else your password
- If you think someone has found out your password, change it immediately
- Change your password regularly
- Be careful if using our telephone service from a public place
- Never send your password by email or follow a link from an email to a log in page - no reputable company will ask you to do this
- Call us straight away if you believe any unauthorised transactions have been made on your account
- If you ever forget your password, call us and we will reset your security details
