It’s easy to apply for a Direct ISA over the phone and it only takes a few minutes. Simply call us free* on:

Our UK customer service team is available every day from 7am until midnight. For your security and to maintain the highest levels of service, calls may be recorded. We will answer any final questions you may have and help you through the sales process. Please make sure you have the following information to hand:

  • A debit card in your name (Maestro/Switch, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit)
  • Your National Insurance number

Applying for someone else

If you are a Power of Attorney applying on behalf of someone else, call us and we will explain how you can apply.

Standing order

If you already have an NS&I Direct ISA, setting up a standing order is the easiest way to build up your savings without even having to think about it.
