Fife winner to enjoy windfall The winner from Fife – who has chosen to remain anonymous – said: “This is such a dream come true! Of course, I had hoped to win the £1 million jackpot but I never thought it could ever happen to me. I am certainly looking forward to enjoying life with this windfall.” Lucky lady from Kent The winner from Kent, who is also keeping her identity a closely-guarded secret, exclaimed: “This is the most exciting thing that has ever happened to me! This is my first Premium Bond and I can’t believe I actually won the jackpot with it. I always thought you had to have the maximum investment to win the jackpot but this shows that relatively small holdings can win big too. “I am definitely going to re-invest some of my winnings into Premium Bonds and spend some on treats for myself and my family. The first on my list would be a nice long relaxing holiday!” The winners were told in person by NS&I’s Agent Millions – M1 and M2 – the mystery people who pay a personal visit to the jackpot winners to give them the good news.
