Press releaseNATIONAL SAVINGS AND INVESTMENTS SEEK PRODUCT MANAGER TO LEAD CONTINUING PREMIUM BOND RESURGENCE25 April 2003National Savings and Investments (NS&I), the government-backed savings provider, is seeking to recruit a product manager to lead the continuing development of its largest product, Premium Bonds. With 23 million customers and nearly £20 billion invested, Premium Bonds are one of Britain's financial services success stories. The amount invested by the British public in this unique product has increased by 700% in the last ten years and January 2003 saw record sales of £580 million. There is a monthly prize draw and currently over 650,000 prizes each month are awarded ranging from £50 to the jackpot £1 million. Position Details The position will be based in NS&I's headquarters in Charles House, Kensington High Street and will include regular trips to Blackpool, the home of ERNIE. The successful applicant will be part of NS&I's Customer Offer Team. The salary is up to £37,000 plus annual bonus plus non-contributory pension.
