Aberdeenshire is home to ERNIE's latest Premium Bond millionaire. March's million pound jackpot comes to Scotland for the third time since National Savings and Investments introduced the monthly jackpot prize in 1994. It is the first time a winner has come from Aberdeenshire.
The winner becomes ERNIE's 108th Premium Bond millionaire.
Premium Bonds are Britain's best kept secret, with 18.6 billion bonds owned by 23 million people entered into March's draw. Premium Bonds are a serious investment, offering the chance of tax-free returns. Each bond goes into the draw every month and, win or not, investors always retain their original investment.
