It's lucky thirteen for one London Borough of Richmond resident who becomes the latest Premium Bond millionaire, the thirteenth Londoner to scoop the prize since the £1million tax-free monthly jackpot was introduced in 1994.

The winner becomes ERNIE's 107th Premium Bond millionaire.

There were 18.1 billion bonds in February's prize draw. Since the first draw in 1957, ERNIE has given away over 99 million prizes worth £6.3 billion. Prizes range from £50 up to £1 million.

The number and value of the prizes awarded in February 2003 are:

The unclaimed Premium Bond prize fund currently stands at £21.8 million. There is no time limit on claiming prizes, and people can check if they've won either by writing to Premium Bonds, NS&I, Blackpool FY3 9YP or by logging on to www.nsandi.com. Alternatively they can obtain a copy of the London Gazette supplement from a main Post Office.

National Savings and Investments (NS&I) are unlocking Britain's best kept secret, Premium Bonds, with a new look announcement for ERNIE's monthly prize draw.

Every month ERNIE gives away over 600,000 prizes, including a £1 million jackpot. More than 23 million people own Premium Bonds and, in February, ERNIE picked winning numbers from a record 18.1 billion bonds entered into the draw.
