For example, you can talk to: A man named Ernie, an investor in Premium Bonds since 1956 whose Premium Bond numbers are drawn most months, and whose father is also called Ernie! An entire family who are avid investors in Premium Bonds! One family member has won £10,000 and numerous other prizes of which she keeps a log. Unfortunately, all of the 188 people who have each won the £1 million jackpot since it was introduced in 1994 have declined every request to be interviewed by the media.
