Contact us	Helpful Information / What is an NS&I password? The NS&I password is a combination of letters and/or numbers, chosen by you, which identifies you as the account holder. You can use it over the phone to manage an NS&I Cash ISA, Easy Access Savings Account, or our Direct ISA. Your password can also give secure online access to an NS&I Direct ISA. If you are an existing NS&I Cash ISA or Easy Access Savings Account customer, and have registered to use our telephone service, or you are an NS&I Direct ISA customer, you will already have a password. You can use your password to: check your balance check recent transactions withdraw money into your nominated bank or building society account tell us if your address or personal details have changed (phone only) You should keep your password secret to help ensure no-one else can access your account.
