Waiting to hear back from us?

If you've tried to contact us but haven’t received a reply within 48 hours, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or email program may be blocking emails from NS&I. You could try to change or remove the settings that filter or block emails. It may also be helpful to contact your ISP or System Administrator to ask them why you're not receiving NS&I emails.

   


Not happy with our service?

As part of our commitment to providing you with a high standard of service, we subscribe to the Banking Code.  If we make a mistake, we'll aim to put things right quickly and without fuss. And if you have a complaint, we have a procedure designed to resolve it fairly.  We are also covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service.
