How do I change my address?
You can update your address online or by phone if you’ve registered for our online and phone service and you have:
NS&I Premium Bonds or Income Bonds
an NS&I Direct ISA or Direct Saver
any Index-linked Savings Certificates, Fixed Interest Savings Certificates, Guaranteed Growth Bonds, Guaranteed Income Bonds or Children's Bonds invested in or renewed on or after 20 September 2012

You can update your address by phone if you have an NS&I Cash ISA and you’ve registered for our phone service.
If you haven't registered for our online or phone service, or you have any other NS&I accounts or investments apart from those listed above, you’ll need to write to us stating your name, account, holder’s or customer number, old and new address and moving date. Please remember to sign your letter.
For your security, we do not accept changes of address by email.
