At NS&I, we’re making a few changes to encourage our customers to deal with us directly. As part of these plans, we’re changing the service we offer through Post Office® branches.

At NS&I, we’re making a few changes to encourage our customers to deal with us directly. As part of these plans, we’re changing the service we offer through Post Office® branches.

From 1 April 2013:

  • You will still be able to buy Premium Bonds at a Post Office® counter, but we will no longer accept payment in cash. We will only accept debit cards or cheques.
  • NS&I’s brochures, forms and reply envelopes will no longer be on display at Post Office® branches. But you’ll still be able to ask at a Post Office® counter for our Premium Bonds brochure, prize draw details leaflet and cashing in form.

Easy ways to deal with us

Although we’re reducing the range of services we offer through Post Office® branches, we can still offer you three other easy ways of doing business with us – online, by phone and by post.

You can apply for Premium Bonds, and most of our other accounts and investments, on the NS&I website.

You can also download and print our most popular forms.
