Log in to NS&I’s online service
NS&I’s online service offers you the convenience of being able to manage your Direct ISA or Direct Saver accounts online in your own time.
You’ll be able to pay money in or take it out, check your balance, review recent transactions, and change your personal details whenever you want on our secure website. You can also manage your Direct ISA or Direct Saver by phone by calling us free on 0500 007 007 between 7am and midnight every day. Calls from mobiles may not be free. Calls may be recorded.
Improved security for managing your savings
We've made some security improvements to our online and phone service – you'll notice this when you log in or call us to make a transaction.
If you have a Direct ISA you'll see some additional screens before you can access your account the next time you log in at nsandi.com. Don't worry, you'll still be on NS&I's website and any transactions you make will be secure.
All new and existing Direct ISA and Direct Saver customers will be prompted to answer some additional security questions which we'll store and may ask you in the future as an extra level of security. Or, if you make your next transaction by phone, we'll ask you the additional security questions then.
Problems logging in?
